The best jasmine teas are green and have very little jasmine flowers mixed in, if any at all. Hand picked in spring, the tea leaves are meticulously scented in the same fashion as its more famous cousin, Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls.  However, this green tea brews up stronger because of the open leaf curl.
