This information must be retained if questions or disputes arise. In addition, accounting policies and tax laws require that some records be maintained for several years. These records may also be retained for several years.
Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose our customer lists or information to any parties (except as stated above) or when required by law. It is possible that TeaChest.com could be required to disclose personal information in response to valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
