Taste: delicate sweetness

Liquor: light gold
Brewing Technique:
Steep: 2-3 minutes first steep. Subsequent infusions for 30 second.
Leaf Amount: 3-5 pearls per cup
Water Temp: 170 degrees (76) F first infusion. 180 degrees F (82 C) thereafter.
